You are an entry-level IT Support Engineer with a passion for technology and a desire to provide exceptional support. You have experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS systems, and you understand the importance of maintaining operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You are a problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. You are also eager to learn and grow in your role, participating in the training and development of others.
You have a foundational understanding of networking concepts and can configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls. You are comfortable processing tickets and following standard operating procedures to resolve customer issues efficiently. Your communication skills allow you to provide remote support to employees and infrastructure worldwide, ensuring that everyone has the technology they need to succeed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for Amazon Leo's infrastructure, warehousing operations, production environments, and laboratory facilities. You will process tickets to triage and resolve customer issues, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and effectively. You will provision, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations, as well as bare-metal servers, to maintain a reliable technology environment.
You will configure, deploy, and replace network infrastructure components, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Your role will also involve participating in the hiring, training, and development of new team members, helping to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. You will perform scheduled maintenance and system updates, ensuring that all technology systems are up to date and secure.
