What you'll do
As an IT Support Engineer I at Amazon, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for our infrastructure, warehousing operations, production environments, and laboratory facilities. You will process tickets to triage and resolve customer issues, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Your role will involve provisioning, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations, as well as bare-metal Windows and Linux servers.
You will configure, deploy, and replace network infrastructure components, including switches, routers, and firewalls. Additionally, you will participate in the hiring, training, and development of others, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Your technical support will extend to Kuiper Production, lab, and launch infrastructure, where you will assist with scheduled maintenance and system upgrades.
