What you'll do
In this role, you will implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise application software. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise within the IT infrastructure across various sites in your geographical area. Your day-to-day tasks will involve diagnosing hardware and software problems, providing timely solutions, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.
You will collaborate with other team members to foster solutions to the challenges faced by Amazon Operations. This may include supporting the launch of new facilities and developing new technology in-house. Your role is vital in maintaining the speed and accuracy that Amazon is known for, and you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to customers.
