What you'll do
In this role, you will implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware and software. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise in the IT infrastructure, ensuring that operations run smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to support requests, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and collaborating with other teams to develop solutions to technical challenges.
You will also assist in launching new Amazon Operations facilities, providing essential IT support during the setup phase. Your role will involve documenting processes and solutions to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing within the team. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to take on more complex challenges and contribute to the development of new technologies in-house.
