What you'll do
As an Associate in Quality Services, you will own the manual execution of documented task instructions for various components or features of Amazon's products. Your primary responsibility will be to gain a thorough understanding of the application test procedures and utilize applicable software and tools to execute test instructions accurately. You will report test results promptly and any deviations observed during testing. Your role will involve following defined processes to perform assigned work, ensuring that you meet the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and quality targets. You will be part of a team that provides testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products, contributing to the overall success of the Quality Services organization.
