What you'll do

As an Associate in Quality Services, you will own the manual execution of documented task instructions for various components or features of Amazon's products. Your primary responsibility will be to execute test instructions and report test results accurately and promptly. You will gain a thorough understanding of the application test procedures and how to effectively use the necessary software and tools. You will be part of a team that provides testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products, contributing to the overall quality assurance process.

You will follow defined processes to perform your assigned work, ensuring that you meet the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and quality targets. Your role will involve understanding any changes in test instructions and adapting your approach accordingly. You will collaborate with team members to ensure that testing is thorough and effective, helping to maintain the high standards that Amazon is known for.
