What you'll do

As an Associate in Quality Services, you will be responsible for the manual execution of documented task instructions for various components or features of Amazon's products. Your primary objective will be to provide testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products, ensuring that all testing is conducted according to defined productivity and quality targets.

You will gain a thorough understanding of the application test procedures and how to utilize the applicable software and tools effectively. Your role will involve executing test instructions and promptly reporting test results, which is crucial for maintaining the quality of the products. You will also need to stay updated on any changes in test instructions related to your assigned work, ensuring that you follow the defined processes to perform your tasks accurately.
