What you'll do

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician at Amazon, you will carry out proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment. You will be responsible for conducting reactive repairs and fault diagnosis, ensuring that machinery downtime is minimized. Your role will involve using the latest tools and techniques to maximize equipment effectiveness, while also upholding all health and safety policies and practices.

You will work closely with senior colleagues and contractors to address maintenance issues and will be involved in continuous improvement projects, rolling out best practices across various EU sites. Your day-to-day tasks will include planned preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and making suggestions for long-term improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will also engage in tasks such as painting and plumbing as needed, ensuring that the work environment remains safe and functional.
