What you'll do
In this role, you will manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams across multiple locations. You will plan and manage executive domestic and international travel, ensuring all arrangements are seamless and efficient. Timely coordination and submission of expense reports will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to juggle multiple critical requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism in dealing with leaders both within and outside Amazon. Your role will require you to take effective action without needing to know the total picture, efficiently solving difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or related groups. You will be an integral part of the Seller Fulfillment Services Team, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
