Sesame is hiring an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support a senior executive and manage the Bellevue office. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

In your role as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you excel at managing complex calendars and scheduling across time zones, ensuring that the executive you support operates at maximum effectiveness. You take pride in creating a seamless, welcoming, and high-functioning office environment for the broader team, making you the person everyone genuinely relies on. You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy being both strategic and hands-on, which makes you a perfect fit for this hybrid role.

You have a strong background in administrative support and office management, allowing you to effectively juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive office culture. Your ability to connect with team members and foster collaboration is key to your success in this position. You understand the importance of being a trusted partner to executives and are committed to making leaders more effective and teams more connected.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a trusted right-hand partner to a senior executive, managing their complex calendar and ensuring that all scheduling needs are met efficiently. You will also take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Bellevue office, ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and facilitating communication between team members. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive office environment that supports the company's mission and values.

You will be responsible for implementing office policies and procedures that enhance productivity and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
