What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the General Manager by planning, coordinating, and organizing onsite employee engagement events. You will manage associated budgets and deadlines throughout the year, ensuring that events are tailored to the needs of the site. Your responsibilities will include preparing promotional materials and working with stakeholders to implement site projects. You will also manage communication channels across the Fulfillment Center, including newsletters and corporate communications, to keep all associates informed and engaged. Your role will be critical in delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers, and you will have the opportunity to drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
