You have experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-tech company, adept at managing multiple complex calendars and handling confidential information with professionalism. You thrive in fast-paced environments and understand the importance of building positive relationships within teams and across departments. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to plan and execute events of all sizes seamlessly. You are proactive in ensuring that critical tasks are completed on time and follow up on outstanding matters diligently. You have a strong command of Microsoft Office products and applications, which you use to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
Desirable
Experience leading process improvements and designing efficient workflows is a plus. You are comfortable working with senior executives and have a knack for creating a positive team environment. Your ability to coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements showcases your attention to detail and commitment to supporting your team effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support two executive leaders within the Frontier AI Robotics team at Amazon. Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing team activities such as staff meetings and off-site events. You will also coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring all arrangements are made efficiently. As a liaison for direct reports, you will work closely with the leadership team, program managers, and other Executive Assistants to provide comprehensive support to the organization. Your role will involve ensuring the timely completion of critical tasks and following up on outstanding matters, contributing to the overall success of the team.
