You have a strong background in facilities management, with experience overseeing operations across multiple locations. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems allows you to establish standardized processes that enhance operational efficiency. You are detail-oriented and skilled in conducting facility inspections, ensuring that all aspects of property interiors and exteriors are maintained to the highest standards.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can apply your Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to troubleshoot facility issues effectively. Your ability to support maintenance teams in investigating root causes and planning actions to mitigate downtime of critical facility assets is a key strength. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving continuous improvement in facility operations.
What you'll do
As the Regional Facilities Specialist, you will oversee operations across various locations, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are functioning optimally. You will conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate necessary repairs for property interiors and exteriors, including structural elements, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting infrastructure. Your role will involve applying your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues, supporting maintenance teams in their efforts to maintain operational excellence.
You will be responsible for establishing standardized processes that enhance the reliability and efficiency of facility operations. This includes developing and implementing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all facility-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's operations.
