You have 3+ years of experience in software development, particularly in building full stack applications that deliver high-quality user experiences. Your strong technical design and problem-solving skills are complemented by a solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals. You are comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that you can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. You understand the importance of quality and testability in software engineering, and you are committed to driving improvements in these areas. Your passion for engineering excellence motivates you to craft solutions that enhance the shopping experience for customers.
Desirable
Experience with distributed systems and a strong understanding of latency and performance optimization will set you apart. Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, is highly desirable. You should also have a customer-centric mindset, allowing you to think backwards from the customer's perspective when contributing to product vision and technical design.
What you'll do
As a Full Stack Engineer on the Amazon Checkout Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in developing multi-tiered, low-latency, and highly resilient distributed systems.
