Who you are
You are a seasoned hardware engineer with a strong background in designing and validating high-performance silicon solutions. With expertise in HBM/DDRx Phy, you understand the intricacies of memory technologies and their integration into complex systems. You have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
You possess excellent debugging skills, allowing you to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Your experience working with vendors and understanding technical specifications enables you to drive projects forward. You are comfortable writing and modifying tests to ensure the reliability and performance of hardware components.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and validation of next-generation machine learning chips and server integration. You will collaborate closely with architects and design teams to define the specifications and requirements for HBM and Serdes topics. Your contributions will directly impact the development of AWS's cutting-edge technology, enabling customers to leverage advanced machine learning capabilities.
You will be responsible for IP integration and ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. Your role will involve collecting data from the fleet and analyzing it to inform design decisions. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the creation of customized platforms that enhance AWS's data center technology.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $159,200.00 - $215,300.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
