What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary HR Business Partner for senior leaders within the MCCF business, aligning critical people initiatives with broader business objectives. You will partner with business leaders to drive organizational design and workforce planning, ensuring that the right talent is in place to meet strategic goals. You will develop and execute on succession planning and skills assessment initiatives, helping to shape the organizational capabilities needed for success. Your ability to collaborate seamlessly across groups will be essential as you influence stakeholders and dive deep into the unique needs of your client group. You will leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and drive improvements in HR programs. Your role will also involve coaching executives, facilitating discussions on performance management, and supporting the development of leadership capabilities within the organization.
