Who you are
You have experience as an HR Business Partner, providing generalist support to a diverse workforce. You understand the importance of fostering a safe and inclusive workplace culture, and you are skilled in leadership development and employee experience. You leverage data-driven insights to drive business impact and are comfortable managing complex HR issues. You have a strong business acumen that allows you to build trust and influence among leaders and employees alike.
You may have led teams of entry-level HR employees, guiding them in their professional development while executing core HR processes. You are adept at balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals. Your ability to analyze HR metrics helps you identify systemic patterns and address root causes effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management and employee engagement. You will execute core People eXperience and Technology (PXT) processes while providing guidance on performance management and cultural initiatives. Your responsibilities will include improving site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and making high-judgment decisions that align with policy intent. You will also be responsible for enhancing the employee experience through various projects and initiatives.
You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, collaborating closely with leaders to drive organizational success. Your role will require you to manage increasingly complex HR issues, ensuring that solutions enhance both employee experience and business outcomes. You will be expected to provide insights and recommendations based on HR metrics, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $67,600.00 - $118,400.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
