Who you are
You are an experienced IT Support Technician with a hands-on approach to solving technical issues. You have a strong understanding of end-user device support and are familiar with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes. Your ability to diagnose and repair technical problems is complemented by your skills in documenting resolutions for reporting purposes. Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support for end-user devices across Amazon Fulfillment facilities. You will identify and diagnose issues, repair, test, and validate devices, and create vendor RMAs as needed. Your role will involve documenting resolutions for reporting purposes, ensuring that all technical support activities are tracked and managed effectively.
You will work closely with the Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) organization to support new building expansions and changes. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of shipping packages to millions of customers. You will also engage in continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with engineers and other team members to enhance IT support processes.
Your responsibilities will include managing the lifecycle of IT equipment, overseeing change control processes, and ensuring that all end-user devices are functioning optimally. You will play a key role in supporting new site launches globally, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's fulfillment operations.
