You have at least 1 year of experience providing technical support in a corporate environment, with a strong understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. You are comfortable troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems and have a knack for resolving technical issues efficiently. You approach challenges with a positive attitude, seeing no job as too small and no challenge as too big. Your ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously makes you an asset to any team. What you'll do
As an IT Support Engineer I at Amazon, you will be the first line of technical support for the Operations of the Fulfillment Center. Your responsibilities will include allocating and maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting various end-user devices such as PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, and printers. You will manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and repair process for devices under warranty. You will work closely with colleagues and remote support teams to ensure that all IT systems are functioning optimally. Your role will require flexibility, as the site operates across 7 days during both day and night shifts. You will also have the opportunity to learn new technologies and earn industry-recognized qualifications as you develop your career.
