What you'll do

You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers to ensure that AWS data centers operate smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for escalating complex issues to the appropriate resolver groups when necessary, ensuring that all problems are addressed promptly. You will participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency and safety standards.
