Your experience has equipped you with the skills to evaluate, structure, negotiate, and implement a wide range of agreements independently, while also partnering with legal teams to finalize long-form contracts.

Your ability to define strategies, expectations, and priorities is key to your success in this role. You are passionate about audio storytelling and understand the impact it has on audiences worldwide. Desirable
Experience in negotiating deals for creators, producers, and rights-holders in the entertainment industry is a plus. What you'll do
As the Director of Business Affairs, you will serve as the lead negotiator on deals for creators and rights-holders of original audio content. Your role will involve evaluating and structuring agreements that facilitate the development, acquisition, and production of entertainment originals. You will work closely with creative executives to ensure that the content delivered to Audible customers meets the highest quality standards. Your strategic insights will help shape the negotiation strategy for the audio Entertainment Originals portfolio, ensuring alignment with Audible's mission and goals.
You will be responsible for defining strategies and priorities that guide your team's actions, ensuring that all negotiations are conducted in a manner that reflects Audible's values and commitment to excellence. Collaborating with legal teams, you will finalize long-form agreements that protect the interests of both Audible and its partners. Your ability to navigate complex negotiations will be crucial in securing favorable terms that enhance Audible's offerings.
