What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations at the delivery station. You will proxy duties for the Site Lead, contributing to the overall operational strategy and execution. Your role will involve reviewing operational forecasts and determining productivity requirements to meet customer demands.

You will support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and delivery service providers. Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you strive to enhance operational efficiency. You will analyze shifts and operational data to drive decision-making and improve performance metrics. Your leadership will play a crucial role in meeting Amazon's customer promise and delivering smiles to millions.
