Who you are
You have a strong background in strategic partner development and operational partner success, with a proven track record of driving growth in a partner ecosystem. Your business savvy and industry expertise enable you to position Amazon effectively to deliver business solutions through the partner community. You possess excellent leadership capabilities, allowing you to define the AWS vision and create strategies that align with partner and sales organization goals.
You excel at establishing and maintaining business and technical relationships with partners, sales teams, and customers. Your ability to manage day-to-day interactions across multiple AWS organizations ensures that you can create and progress partner opportunities that drive value for AWS customers and accelerate business revenue growth. You are adept at integrating strategies across Partner Management teams, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to engage partners effectively.
What you'll do
As the Canada Partner Leader, you will be accountable for the holistic view of the Partner Community across the Canadian Commercial Area business. This includes overseeing both partner development and partner success initiatives. You will drive the area strategy and execution integration, ensuring that partners deliver quality customer outcomes. Your role will involve defining the AWS vision and leading teams to execute plans that achieve partner and sales organization goals.
You will work closely with various AWS organizations to create and progress partner opportunities, ensuring that the partner community is aligned with AWS's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing partner recruitment and development, as well as ongoing success and customer value delivery. You will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages partners to thrive and contribute to AWS's growth.
