Who you are

You have over two years of experience in training coordination, regardless of the industry. Your proficiency in Excel allows you to analyze data effectively, utilizing functions like SUM and Pivot tables. You possess business-level Japanese language skills, enabling you to communicate effectively in a diverse workplace. You are proactive and capable of managing tasks independently, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership in your work. You have experience in planning educational programs and evaluating their effectiveness, ensuring that training sessions meet the needs of the organization. Your coaching experience allows you to provide constructive feedback and support to others in their development. You are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments, ready to tackle challenges as they arise.

What you'll do

As a Learning Coordinator at Amazon, you will be responsible for coordinating all training-related activities at the new logistics center in Ibaraki. You will ensure that training programs, including onboarding and safety training, are delivered with high quality. You will adjust training sessions based on the needs of the site and prepare for new hires' onboarding. Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for retraining will be key aspects of your role. You will track the effectiveness of training programs and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. You will also participate in skill development initiatives, including skill classes and cross-training. Understanding workflows and daily production goals will be essential as you prioritize multiple tasks and respond to issues promptly. You will actively engage with staff on the floor, including conducting training sessions for management levels. This role may require shift work and the possibility of relocation or night shifts in the future.
