Job Description
Who you are
You have over 7 years of legal experience, particularly in financial regulatory environments, and a strong understanding of the technology sector. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex regulatory frameworks while supporting business growth objectives effectively. You possess a deep understanding of compliance requirements for financial service providers and data protection regulations, ensuring that all legal frameworks are structured appropriately for new financial initiatives. Your ability to manage relationships with regulatory bodies is crucial in this role, as you will be driving critical regulatory relationships and overseeing compliance initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead legal compliance for finance and accounting service offerings, ensuring that all operations align with regulatory requirements. You will oversee compliance with data protection and security regulations, adapting worldwide policies to fit India's unique marketplace model. Your responsibilities will include structuring legal frameworks for new financial initiatives and reviewing service provider agreements to ensure compliance with independence requirements. You will support FinOps teams on compliance and efficiency initiatives, managing complex financial compliance frameworks and leading financial technology infrastructure compliance initiatives.
