Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and experience in the courier industry, with a strong background in logistics and operational roles. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including freight forwarders and customs brokers.

You are proactive in identifying and resolving shipment issues to minimize delays and ensure customer commitments are met. Your analytical skills allow you to maintain and analyze key performance metrics for Direct Imports operations, contributing to continuous improvement in processes. You understand the importance of compliance with international shipping regulations and Amazon's standards, ensuring that all operations adhere to these guidelines.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating international shipments from origin to final delivery at Amazon Fulfillment Centers in Saudi Arabia. You will monitor and track Direct Imports shipments across all transportation legs, ensuring that each stage of the process is executed smoothly. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trade compliance teams, to facilitate seamless operations.

You will create and distribute regular reports on critical Direct Imports metrics to leadership, providing insights that drive operational efficiency. Implementing process improvements will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to enhance the overall effectiveness of the logistics operations. You will also ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, maintaining Amazon's high standards throughout the logistics process.
