Desirable

Experience with Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems and a background in project management would be advantageous. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in an industrial environment is also a plus.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of service technicians, overseeing the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining material handling equipment (MHE) and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Your role will involve designing solutions for difficult problems that arise in the operations environment. You will also develop training plans for service technicians and oversee the work of vendors during planned and emergency repairs. Collaboration with the Operations Maintenance team will be key as you work to enhance the reliability and efficiency of Amazon's operations.
