What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing material handling equipment (MHE) and facility equipment, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve designing solutions for difficult problems, managing projects, and overseeing vendors during repairs.

You will also play a crucial role in training and mentoring service technicians and contract technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team.
