What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing MHE and facility equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Your leadership will guide the team in developing training plans and executing both planned and emergency repairs.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to manage projects effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Your role will also involve designing solutions for complex technical challenges, leveraging your expertise to enhance operational efficiency. You will play a crucial part in training and mentoring service technicians, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
