What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of material handling equipment (MHE) and facility equipment, including Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems. You will lead a team of service technicians, developing training plans and overseeing vendors for planned and emergency repairs. Your responsibilities will include designing solutions for complex problems and managing projects to improve operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring service technicians and contract technicians, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

You will collaborate closely with the Operations Maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's operations. Your leadership will help drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that the team meets the high standards expected in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in implementing best practices and innovative solutions that enhance the reliability and efficiency of our automated systems.
