Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong understanding of the sales process and experience in planning and executing video campaigns β you've successfully pitched video and upper funnel products to advertising customers. You are result-oriented and passionate about partnering with advertisers to meet their brand building objectives. Your ability to nurture customer relationships is key, especially with advertisers who have previously not spent with Amazon Ads or have partnered in a limited capacity.
You are adept at managing multiple campaigns concurrently in a timely and precise fashion β ensuring that delivery and performance goals are achieved is second nature to you. You leverage data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations, helping external customers reach the best results. Your experience in the advertising industry equips you with the insights needed to drive revenue and achieve targets effectively.
What you'll do
As a Sales Account Manager, you will focus on unlocking Amazonβs awareness ad products, including Prime Video, Fire TV, and Twitch. Your primary goal will be to work towards achieving 100% renewal rates with advertisers. You will manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals, driving revenue and achieving revenue targets through effective campaign management.
You will partner closely with advertisers, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions that align with their brand strategies. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations to optimize results. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and that advertisers receive the support they need throughout the process.
In this position, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with their advertising experience on Amazon. You will also keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential to your success in this role.
