Who you are
You have a strong background in sales and account management, ideally with 3+ years of experience in advertising or digital marketing. You are results-oriented and have a proven track record of managing complex client relationships, particularly with large brands. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to dive deep into performance data and uncover trends that inform strategic decisions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate insights and recommendations effectively to clients and internal teams alike. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation for your advertisers. You are passionate about the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, and you understand the nuances of search advertising solutions.
Desirable
Experience with campaign management and performance analysis in a digital advertising context is a plus. Familiarity with Amazon's advertising products or similar platforms will give you an edge in this role. A background in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning will also be beneficial as you develop annual search advertising strategies aligned with advertiser objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor for Sponsored Ads, partnering closely with some of the largest and most complex brands on Amazon. You will conduct regular strategic consultations, sharing performance insights and building quarterly media plans that influence million-dollar investment decisions. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing performance data to uncover trends and communicate the reasons behind results, leveraging Amazon's proprietary data to develop actionable recommendations. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Retail teams to support high-stakes product launches and identify growth opportunities within your clients' search portfolios. Additionally, you will serve as the voice of the customer, channeling advertiser feedback to internal teams to help shape the future of Amazon's search advertising products.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $66,300.00 - $108,800.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
