Job Description
Who you are
You have 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a business development role, where you've successfully engaged with partners and driven adoption of services. Your experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software has equipped you with the skills to manage relationships effectively and track performance metrics. You possess a strong background in advertising, particularly in the context of digital marketing, and understand the nuances of DSP/ad network sales. Your familiarity with building high-velocity ad products and working in e-commerce environments makes you a strong candidate for this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the scaled engagement charter for the Amazon Ads Partner Network (AAPN) on both the supply and demand sides. This involves enabling partners on Ads and driving advertiser adoption of partner services. You will design and launch programs to educate AAPN registered partners on Amazon Ad products, tools, and best practices around advertising. Additionally, you will set up automated and semi-automated programs that work at scale across the lifecycle of partner engagement. Periodically, you will monitor and review performance, taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure the success of the initiatives you implement.
