You are a problem-solver with a keen eye for optimization opportunities, and you possess meticulous attention to detail. You have the ability to seamlessly navigate tasks while communicating effectively across all organizational levels. Your natural curiosity drives you to explore the intricate web of systems that power Amazon's fulfilment operations, understanding their interdependencies and interactions.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable being the primary escalation point for warehouses. You have experience in workflow planning, risk mitigation, and cost and capacity management, which allows you to provide guidance and rectify workflow variances effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving Amazon Europe's workflow planning and ensuring seamless fulfilment operations. You will collaborate directly with Fulfilment Centre partners to manage the journey of millions of customer orders from checkout to shipment. Your responsibilities will include identifying and rectifying workflow variances and actively managing operational processes to achieve the best results for customers.
You will also be involved in innovating advanced fulfilment solutions that support a vast network of Fulfilment Centres operating 24/7 worldwide. Your contributions will help shape the future of e-commerce fulfilment at Amazon, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
