What you'll do

As a Production Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that Amazon's Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations operate with robust and cost-effective labor plans. You will partner with senior stakeholders to influence network-level strategic planning decisions, developing and maintaining accurate hourly staffing plans and shift structures. Your responsibilities will include supporting input forecasting using trend analysis and statistical modeling, enabling data-driven decision-making that enhances planning accuracy.

You will own production planning, cost optimization, and service optimization for the WWOps Build, ensuring that operational efficiency is maximized. Your analytical skills will be crucial in recommending optimal staffing plans that align with business needs, and you will continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
