What you'll do

As a Production Planning Analyst, you will partner with senior stakeholders to influence network-level strategic planning decisions. You will develop and maintain accurate hourly staffing plans and shift structures across Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will support input forecasting by utilizing trend analysis and statistical modeling techniques — this will enable you to provide data-driven recommendations that enhance operational performance. Your role will involve owning production planning, cost optimization, and service optimization for the WWOps Build, ensuring that Amazon continues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
