What you'll do

As a Production Planning Analyst, you will develop and maintain accurate hourly staffing plans and shift structures across Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations. Your role will involve partnering closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that labor plans are robust, cost-effective, and scalable. You will own production planning, cost optimization, and service optimization for the WWOps Build, ensuring that operational efficiency is maximized.

You will analyze data trends to forecast staffing needs and make recommendations that enhance operational performance. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the labor strategies that support Amazon's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of staffing plans and making adjustments as necessary to meet changing demands.
