You have a strong background in capacity and resource planning, ideally with experience in back-office operations. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end capacity and resource planning for the global Candidate Services organization. You will work on a diverse project portfolio that supports various planning initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with teams in Operations, Global Outsourcing, and Program Management. Your responsibilities will include creating new reporting and analytic opportunities by analyzing key planning processes and documenting key initiatives to influence business actions that benefit back-office operations. You will also create optimal capacity plans by managing trade-offs between candidate experience and cost-effectiveness, ensuring that the best results are achieved for customers.
