Who you are
You have a strong background in workforce management and analytics, with experience in gathering and analyzing headcount trends to support organizational goals. Your ability to develop forecasting models and evaluate workforce capacity makes you a valuable asset to any team. You are skilled in creating clear data visualizations and reports that facilitate collaboration with HRBPs and senior management.
You understand the importance of managing headcount budgets and ensuring alignment with financial goals and operational needs. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify areas for continuous improvement in headcount management, driving efficiency and effectiveness in workforce planning.
What you'll do
In this role, you will track and report on key metrics related to headcount, generating detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights for decision-making. You will manage headcount capacity and budgets, ensuring that they align with the company's financial objectives. Your work will involve collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure that workforce planning is aligned with the overall strategy of the organization.
You will be responsible for identifying trends and making recommendations for talent mix, ensuring that the team has the right balance of roles such as engineering, product management, and business analysis. Your insights will help shape the workforce strategy and support the company's growth objectives.
