What you'll do

As a Workforce Capacity Planner at Stripe, you will play a key role in designing and maintaining capacity planning models for one of our key user support verticals. Your focus will be on enhancing user experience, managing budgets, and optimizing resource utilization. You will analyze historical data and market trends to predict future capacity needs, enabling informed decision-making that aligns with our operational goals.

You will collaborate closely with the Workforce Management team to consult on operational change initiatives and model support requirements. Your insights will help shape the strategies that drive our support operations network, ensuring that we meet the demands of our users effectively. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining models that forecast resource requirements, allowing us to allocate resources efficiently and improve response times for user queries.
