Who you are

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Analyst with a strong focus on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and e-invoicing processes. You have experience in maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enjoy training junior analysts to enhance their skills. Your ability to collaborate effectively with vendors to resolve invoicing issues sets you apart in your field.

You possess a solid understanding of financial operations and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. You are fluent in French, which enables you to communicate effectively with stakeholders in the Amazon.fr marketplace.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert on EDI and e-invoicing processes, providing guidance and expertise to your team and stakeholders. You will regularly review and update EDI and e-invoicing related SOPs, ensuring they reflect the latest process changes and improvements. Training junior analysts will be a key responsibility, as you help them develop their skills and knowledge in EDI and e-invoicing.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations related to EDI rejections, working closely with vendors to resolve any invoicing issues that arise. Your proactive approach will help streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the financial operations team. You will also have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that contribute to the success of Amazon's financial operations.
