Overview

Airtable is seeking a Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager to build and own their enterprise pipeline marketing engine. You'll create qualified sales pipelines through demand generation programs and account activation strategies. This role requires expertise in marketing operations and demand generation.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, demonstrating a strong ability to build and execute marketing programs that drive sales pipeline growth. Your background includes working closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless transition from marketing to sales conversations.

You possess a deep understanding of demand generation tactics and have successfully implemented programs that attract enterprise buyers at scale. Your experience includes leveraging various channels such as webinars, paid media, email, and events to generate interest and engagement.

You are skilled in analyzing market signals and identifying high-propensity accounts, allowing you to tailor marketing efforts effectively. Your ability to engage existing champions and activate them through targeted programs showcases your strategic thinking and execution capabilities.

You are comfortable drafting your own messaging and content, testing different approaches to find what resonates best with your audience. Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively across teams, including product marketing, sales, creative, and digital, to achieve common goals.

Desirable

Experience in a no-code or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that facilitate marketing automation and analytics. You have a knack for understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling marketing strategies that drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and execute the enterprise pipeline marketing engine from the ground up. You will design and implement broad demand generation programs that utilize solutions messaging to attract enterprise buyers. This includes running multiple programs simultaneously and measuring their effectiveness to optimize results.

You will partner closely with sales to develop outbound plays and competitive campaigns, ensuring that marketing efforts align with sales strategies. Your role will involve identifying product usage signals that indicate upgrade readiness, allowing you to activate high-potential accounts effectively.

You will engage with existing Airtable champions through targeted programs, focusing on relevant solutions and expansion messaging. Your ability to analyze data and measure what's working will be crucial in refining marketing strategies and achieving pipeline goals.

You will also be responsible for drafting messaging and content that resonates with your target audience, testing different approaches to find the most effective strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you work together to create impactful marketing initiatives that drive sales conversations.
