You have a strong background in solutions engineering, ideally with experience in API platforms — you've worked closely with sales teams to deliver technical expertise and support enterprise customers in their API lifecycle. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly makes you a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how to leverage Postman's platform effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success — your experience has taught you the importance of teamwork in driving customer satisfaction and success. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions that enhance their API development processes.

Your technical skills are complemented by a customer-centric mindset — you understand the challenges organizations face in API management and are passionate about helping them innovate and improve their workflows. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from developers to executives, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the value Postman brings to their operations.

Desirable

Experience with enterprise-level solutions and a deep understanding of the API lifecycle will set you apart — familiarity with Postman or similar tools is a plus. You may also have a background in software development or technical sales, which enhances your ability to connect with customers and provide tailored solutions.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Postman, you will play a critical role in supporting our rapidly growing enterprise customer base in the Benelux region. You will partner closely with the Sales team to deliver technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that potential customers understand how Postman can streamline their API lifecycle and improve collaboration.

You will engage with customers to assess their needs and demonstrate how Postman's platform can drive innovation within their organizations. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and providing guidance on best practices for API management. You will also collaborate with the Product team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, you will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that clients are successfully onboarded and achieving their desired outcomes with Postman. Your insights will help shape the customer experience and drive long-term satisfaction and retention.
