Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, particularly in a fast-paced operational environment. Your background includes developing maintenance plans using preventive maintenance activities and predictive maintenance data. You understand the importance of KPIs in driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational efficiency.
You are skilled in collaborating with maintenance management, service technicians, and vendors to coordinate and schedule proactive maintenance activities. Your attention to detail allows you to screen work orders effectively and analyze scope requirements to optimize maintenance schedules. You are proactive in ensuring that spare parts are ordered and maintained in stock for both planned and emergency repairs.
What you'll do
As the RME Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans that enhance the reliability of Robotics and Material Handling Equipment. You will analyze predictive maintenance data and KPIs to inform your planning decisions. Your role will involve auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, ensuring that all maintenance activities are well-coordinated and executed during available downtime windows.
You will work closely with maintenance management to prioritize maintenance activities based on resource availability and operational needs. Your responsibilities will also include estimating labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment required for all assigned work orders. By fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders, you will contribute to a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance program that supports Amazon's operational goals.
