What you'll do

In this role, you will drive engagement and execution excellence across Amazon's air operations. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day execution activities, conducting problem-solving activities, and communicating status updates to management. You will monitor air routes to identify potential issues that could impact performance and conduct necessary deep dives to resolve any issues that arise. Additionally, you will oversee the handling and screening of Amazon freight, ensuring that it is lodged according to industry standards. You will also support the booking of air freight and airway bill labeling as required, while identifying opportunities to streamline operations and conducting regular analysis of processes to prevent the recurrence of issues.
