What you'll do

As an Operations Shift Manager at Amazon, you will lead and develop a team of associates within the Delivery Station. You will set the tone for your team by leading by example and demonstrating empathy in your leadership style. Your responsibilities will include maintaining health and safety standards while fostering a culture of safety among your team members. You will collaborate with support teams to develop plans that align with business objectives and drive operational success. You will be responsible for identifying and leading process improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean tools to streamline operations. Your role will require you to manage multiple shift patterns, ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will continuously work to improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that the best results are achieved for customers. You will also be involved in coaching and mentoring your team, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
