You have experience in operations management and a proven track record of leading teams effectively. You understand the importance of maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive in identifying process improvements and implementing Lean tools to enhance operational efficiency. You are comfortable working night shifts and are committed to meeting customer expectations.
What you'll do
As an Operations Shift Manager at Amazon, you will lead a team of associates within the Delivery Station in Eastern Creek. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all workflows run smoothly and that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards on-site and promoting a culture of safety among your team. Additionally, you will identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
