What you'll do

In this role, you will drive maintenance excellence through innovation, documentation, standardization, and safety practices. You will oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently. Your responsibilities will include guiding senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life decisions using ROI analysis, which will be crucial for strategic planning. You will manage vendor relationships and ensure that maintenance acceptance for large-scale projects is executed flawlessly.

You will lead and mentor field-based Facilities Managers, helping them to expand their skill sets and improve their teams' performance. Your role will require you to champion safety standards and drive compliance across all levels of the organization. You will evaluate the performance of Fulfillment Center RME departments and implement practices that improve reliability metrics, ensuring that Amazon's operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What we offer
