You are comfortable engaging with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance, such as process area readiness and safety training. You thrive in a varied and challenging role where every day is different, and you enjoy solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis and process optimization.

What you'll do

As a Fulfillment Center Supervisor, you will oversee shift management in one of Amazon's fulfillment centers, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines. You will create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area. Your role will involve managing and training associates to help deliver the best service for customers, ensuring they are equipped to meet operational demands.

You will continuously provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators, adjusting labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts. Engaging with support functions and other departments will be essential to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance, such as process area readiness and safety training.
