Who you are

You have at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook — you're comfortable using these tools to analyze data and communicate effectively with your team. You understand the importance of creating a safe working environment and are proactive in identifying safety opportunities across your work area. You have experience managing teams and training associates, ensuring they deliver the best service for customers. You are adaptable and can work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights, to meet the demands of the fulfillment center.

What you'll do

As a Fulfillment Center Supervisor at Amazon, you will oversee shift management in one of our fulfillment centers, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines. You will continuously provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators, adjusting labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts. You will engage with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance, such as process area readiness and safety. Your role will involve solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis and process optimization, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
